The Role
Are you an experienced R&D Specialist eager to take your first steps into management? Look no further! We invite you to be a vital part of our ever-evolving function, where you'll witness firsthand how a dynamic team successfully grows and adapts to maximise efficiency. Your contributions will have a direct impact, paving the way for your transition into management. This is your genuine opportunity to shape the function's growth and development.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- While an ATT/CTA qualification is always a plus, we recognise the diverse range of skills and experiences that lie beyond exams. If you possess expertise in the realm of R&D tax credits, we're excited to hear from you!
- Are you ready to showcase your technical prowess? With a minimum of three years' experience in the field, demonstrate your ability to provide intricate R&D tax advice to an array of clients. Navigate both R&D schemes—SME & RDEC—with confidence, and elevate your role by reviewing claims and delivering constructive feedback.

The Nitty Gritty
- Our standard working week is a 37.5-hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to 50% of your time across the month home based and the other 50% office-based)
- Core working hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday
